Business areas for lease


In 2007, Port of Skagen expanded with 110,000 m2 and is therefore in a position to lease out attractive business sites close to a quay with 9-metres water depth and a RO-RO ramp for motorised haulage.

 

 

 

The area has not been registered with change of title number; and thus new leaseholders may – by and large – put forth individual desires as to size and location within this area, in so far as such locations are feasible in consideration of the surroundings and the area in general.

No minimum plot size has been determined. In connection with the development of new properties, both local planning and the statutory regulations of the Danish Building Act must be complied with.

 

Area E2 (local businesses) must be applied for harbour-related purposes – comprising light industry, craft, storage and workshop industries plus the administration connected therewith, or for public purposes having a natural connection with the harbour.

 

Area E3 (actual industries) must be applied for harbour-related purposes – comprising larger industries and workshop activities having a natural connection with the harbour area. In addition, the area can be applied for the necessary administration, storage activities etc. attached to the business types in question, or it can be used for public purposes having a natural connection with the harbour.

Price:
Port of Skagen has maintained the low leasing price since 2001.
Annual leasing price: DKK 19.85 per m2 exclusive of Danish VAT
This price is exclusive of link-up charges

 

Link-up charges constitute (exclusive of Danish VAT):
Sewage DKK 15,000
Rainwater: DKK 15,000
Water DKK 15,000

 

Any expense in connection with the registration of title number and link-up with the mains system will be at the lessee's expense.

 

The area has service lines linking up with the discharge systems for wastewater and rainwater. In the event that the existing linkage is not used, any establishment of new service-line connections with the main system will be at the expense of the lessee.

There are no service lines with respect to the water-supply system; and thus it will be necessary to establish a connection-line for link-up with the main water supply line.
