Maritime Service

A strong maritime network at the Port of Skagen solves all types of service and newbuilding tasks for the vessels coming into the Port of Skagen or lying in the roadstead

The Port of Skagen is a geographical junction for the ship traffic in the waters between the Baltic Sea and the North Sea. Annually, there are approximately 6000 landings of fish and, in addition, more than 650 freight vessels, an increasing number of cruise vessels and a very large number of pleasure boats call on the port.

The network Serviceteam Skagen offers a complete service concept for all branches of the maritime sector and all types of vessels, ranging from fishing vessels and commercial ships to ferries, pleasure boats and offshore ships.

Servicing both at quay and in the roadstead
The stakeholders in the network supply service for ships along the quay as well as the many vessels lying at anchor for a shorter or longer period in the roadstead off Skagen. They also offer bunkering by ship or via a landline as well as receipt of waste products, including oil-polluted water, slop oil and wastewater. With a water depth of 12,5 metres, strong shipyard capacities headed by the shipyard Karstensens Skibsværft, a dry dock and the capacity to harbour calls by ships longer than 330 metres, the maritime service capacity is very strong in the Port of Skagen.

The Port of Skagen offers a 24-hour service and the duty officer is always ready to advise and assist the vessels calling at the Port. The duty officer can be reached at telephone +45 98 44 13 46

Skagen Havn er en aktiv erhvervshavn med fiskeri, fiskeindustri, værft og servicevirksomheder i en hovedrolle. Aktiviteter knyttet til fiskeriet er kerneområdet, der også skaber omsætning.
